Mark Greenbaum is an active investor in and developer of affordable housing in South Texas. Prior to entering this market, he invested in real estate (traded in ~5000+ multi- family units), private equity (specialty consumer and SME secured and unsecured lending), and other alternative asset classes for a NY-based investment firm for ~10 years. Mark completed his masters and undergraduate degrees in finance & accounting at the University of Cape Town.
